This is an HDMI distributor that can simultaneously output one input source to up to 8 displays, and supports resolutions up to 4K (3840 x 2160) @ 30Hz.
It allows HDMI signals from a connected device to be distributed to as many as 8 monitors at the same time. Please use an HDMI cable within 10m.
The built-in EDID setting switch also makes it possible to use monitors that are not compatible with EDID. Audio format settings can also be configured with this switch.
For example, when using a monitor that does not support audio, you can prevent audio distribution issues by adjusting the EDID setting switch appropriately.
When the EDID setting switch is set to 1111 for automatic setting (EDID comparison of HDMI OUT), the product operates like a standard distributor. In this mode, it automatically compares the EDID of the connected output devices and sets the resolution and audio format that can be displayed on all connected devices.
